The author’s supervision of the project includes regular control of the visual compliance of construction and finishing works according to the approved project documentation.

The package includes the purchase of materials, their quality control, acceptance of deliveries and the return of goods in case of damage. It also includes visits to stores and showrooms, consultations with furniture specialists on project implementation and control at all stages of drawing development.

We strive to find the best value for money on the market and work only with reliable suppliers.

The kit is needed to save you time and money, but if you want to purchase the materials yourself, all the necessary data about them is contained in the table with the estimate, so you can do it yourself.

Usually this is 2-3 months, it all depends on the area of the object and the speed of your decision-making.

According to the design of the project

In several stages, depending on the package, the number of stages changes. On the example of a package for 60 dollars, it is divided into 5 stages. Upon approval of an intermediate stage in the project, you make the payment.

Fixed monthly payment of 400 dollars or hourly payment of 100 dollars an hour, choose the format convenient for you. Please note that the $60 package includes author supervision for two months.

Thus, we cooperate with the construction team and have a base of craftsmen with whom we worked on previous projects, we have a successful experience with them, so we can safely advise them.

We can cooperate with your team, but we will not be able to control the timing of the work.

The price of design renovation starts from 350 to 800 dollars per square meter, this is under the conditions that we work with a new building. Usually half the price of an apartment or the full price of a house is spent on repairs. Also, everything depends on your wishes regarding interior decoration and filling.
